Вы допускаете ошибку. Предлагаю это обсудить. Пишите мне в PM....

The best way to define a sustainable brand is to explain what a non-sustainable brand is.....

Joy, you are very welcome. I appreciate the corroboration of my premise on building a sustainable brand. As a market researcher, I'm sure you help clients with feedback from customers. In the end, it's not what the company says the brand is, it's what the market says it is.

Karen – Thank you for pointing out that positioning and brand strategy needs to be the foundation of a sustainable brand. The positioning should be informed by customer perspective, needs and wants, and the strategy should be developed by understanding the behaviors of the target market and the benefits they are seeking in your brand. It is really beyond a logo, a color, or a package – it needs to communicate the essence of the organization and reflect consumer expectations and an understanding of their needs. Thanks for the pyramid approach – I’m sure this will help to cement the concept for many.
